Integrated home cinema: the cinema experience in your Parisian apartment
Home cinema in Paris is no longer reserved for villas with dedicated rooms. Wild Rénovation integrates exceptional image and sound systems into the living rooms and living spaces of Haussmann and contemporary apartments, with completely invisible integration that preserves the space's aesthetic.
From a motorised screen concealed in the ceiling to a Dolby Atmos sound system with recessed speakers, to a 4K laser projector hidden in custom furniture — each installation is designed to be forgotten when not in use, and spectacular when activated.
"The best home cinema is one where you see no cables, no equipment — only the image and the sound."
The components of a prestigious home cinema
Image: 4K laser projector or premium OLED TV
For dedicated screening rooms or large living rooms, the 4K laser projector — Sony VPL-XW7000, JVC DLA-NZ or Barco — delivers an image up to 4 metres wide without degradation. Wild Rénovation integrates the projector into a technical cabinet or false ceiling, with silent motorised descent. For spaces where light cannot be fully controlled, LG G-Series or Samsung Frame OLED TVs in large format (77 to 97 inches) are concealed behind motorised mirrors or artwork.
Sound: Dolby Atmos and recessed speakers
Dolby Atmos sound requires ceiling speakers for vertical spatialisation. Wild Rénovation installs Focal, Meridian, B&W, Sonance or KEF recessed speakers during the plasterboard phase, for completely invisible integration. The amplifier processor (Arcam, Marantz, Anthem) is concealed in a dedicated technical cabinet with passive ventilation.
Acoustics
The acoustics of a home cinema room are as important as the equipment. Wild Rénovation works with acousticians to design the necessary treatments: absorptive panels concealed behind stretched fabric, acoustic ceiling tiles, reinforced sound insulation of walls to avoid disturbing neighbours. In Parisian apartments, acoustic insulation is particularly critical.
Concealed motorised screen
The motorised projection screen is concealed in a housing integrated into the ceiling or in custom furniture. Screen Research, Draper or Elite Screens references offer acoustically transparent fabrics that allow speakers to be placed behind the screen for a perfectly coherent sound/image result.
Control and home automation
The home cinema system is integrated into the central home automation (Crestron, Control4, Savant) for single-touch activation: blinds close, lighting adjusts, sound rises, the screen descends — all simultaneously from an elegant panel or smartphone app.
Dedicated screening room vs living room integration
Wild Rénovation designs both dedicated screening rooms — fully acoustically treated rooms, total blackout, motorised seating, integrated bar — and living room integrations where equipment disappears completely in daily life. In a Haussmann apartment, living room integration is often the most suitable solution, preserving the character of the volumes while offering an incomparable cinema experience.
